Riccardo Tattoni

Riccardo is CIGP Group’s Founder. He has over 35 years of banking and financial sector experience, with extensive capabilities in private wealth and asset management, as well as investment banking. He is a regulated independent asset manager registered with the FINMA (Swiss regulator).

During his career, Riccardo founded Société Financière Privée S.A. (renamed Société Bancaire Privée S.A., once it obtained its full banking license), a Swiss private bank, sold to Banca Profilo S.p.A. in 2007.

Prior to founding SFP, he spent several years with Compagnie de Banque et de Credit as an asset manager, as well as with Unigestion S.A. where he was in charge of its private banking activities.

In addition to his current role at CIGP, Riccardo is a director of several regulated financial companies, investment funds, family foundations, trusts, and other business-related companies.

He attended HEC Lausanne Business School, where he graduated with a Master of Science in Business Management.

Riccardo is fluent in Italian, French and English.

Raphael Hardrick

Raphael is CIGP Group’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. A Swiss certified banker, he has a long-standing experience in the financial sector where he was in turn, chief financial officer, off-the-board secretary, chief operating officer and chief executive officer of a leading Swiss private bank. In addition to that, Raphael has an extensive experience in trading precious metals.

Raphael has a federal diploma as a Swiss certified banking expert, as well as a Swiss federal certificate of competence in management.

He is fluent in French and English, and proficient in Italian and German.

Guillaume de La Borde Caumont

Guillaume is Board Member of CIGP Group, Chief Operating Officer of CIGP in Asia, and serves as Senior Advisor to CIGP’s Investment Committee.

A veteran Swiss banker, Guillaume has over 35 years experience in the financial sector, with extensive capabilities private wealth management and asset management. Guillaume has had several senior executive management positions within European and Swiss private banks, namely:

  • CEO and Country Manager with Banque du Credit Agricole (Switzerland) SA;
  • Head of Credit Agricole Indosuez Private Banking (London);
  • Head of Commodities Finance Credit Agricole
  • Executive Director, Head of Business Development of Faisal Private Bank (Switzerland) SA; and
  • CEO of SBP Banque SA;
  • External advisor to Amas Bank (Switzerland) Limited.

Prior to becoming a banker, Guillaume worked for close to ten years in Asia for Group Denis Frères, an International Trading and Industrial Group, managing its development in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Brunei.

He is fluent in French, English and proficient in Malay Bahasa.

Robert Scheiner

Robert is a Senior Advisor to CIGP Group. He has over 40 years experience in the financial sector, with extensive capabilities in investment banking, brokerage and asset management. Robert was a senior vice president and responsible for E.F. Hutton & Co.’s European operations. Prior to spearheading E.F. Hutton & Co’s European expansion, Robert was the head of the European operations for Merrill Lynch & Co.

In addition to his current responsibility at CIGP, he is an active director and administrator of several hedge and mutual fund companies worldwide.

Robert attended City College New York where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

He is fluent in French and English.

Luciano Tattoni

Luciano is CIGP Group’s President and responsible for its international development.

Prior to joining CIGP Group, Luciano worked for close to ten years in the investment banking industry in London and Zurich for Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse and JP Morgan. In that role, he was an approved investment professional by the UK Financial Services Authority. He advised various private and institutional clients in the context of Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity and Debt Capital Markets as well as Private Equity transactions.

Prior to his investment banking experience, Luciano worked in Private banking with Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch & Cie.

He attended the University of St. Gallen, graduating with a master degree in economics and finance.

He is fluent in Italian, French, English and German.

Nicolas Costa

Nicolas is CIGP’s General Counsel currently in charge of the legal affairs and the strategic development of CIGP.

Nicolas is an attorney at law, admitted to the Geneva bar.

Prior to joining CIGP, Nicolas has had extensive experience with first tier Law Firms in Geneva in commercial and civil litigation, where he focused on the broader financial sector. He was the legal counsel to numerous Swiss-based family offices and high net worth individuals. Nicolas also has extensive experience of legal and financial company restructuring and reorganisation. In addition, his prior experiences include working for UBS Wealth Planning, Swissquote Bank and UBS Warburg Dillon & Read.

Nicolas attended the Universities of Geneva and Zurich, graduating with a Master in Law.

He is fluent in French, English and German.

Hugues de Saint Seine

Hugues is currently responsible for the asset allocation and investment strategy of CIGP in Asia.

Prior to joining CIGP, Hugues worked for close to ten years in the investment banking industry in London and Paris for Credit Suisse, ABN Amro Rothschild and BNP Paribas. In that role, he was an approved investment professional by the UK Financial Services Authority. He advised various corporates and private equity sponsors in the context of Mergers & Acquisitions and Leveraged Finance transactions.

He attended HEC Business School in Paris, graduating with a master degree in finance.

He is fluent in French and English, and proficient in Spanish.
